1. About the service
The Cloud Bakery is a SaaS platform for bakery management operated by Mihaly Koszo, trading as MK TechLAB. Training certificates issued by the platform are internal training records only and are NOT accredited qualifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Pilot program terms
Under the Founding UK Bakery Partner Program (pilot), participating businesses receive free access to the platform for 6 months, with no payment method required. In return for pilot participation, active engagement, monthly check-ins, and written feedback are expected.
At the end of the 6-month free period, businesses that took part in the pilot are entitled to a lifetime 20% discount off the standard subscription price.
4. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions are billed at the equivalent of 10 months’ payment.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but the portion of the current billing period already paid for — including the first charge at the end of the trial — is non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to compromise platform security.
6. AI features (support assistant)
The platform includes an optional AI-powered support chat assistant to help you use the platform (for example, answering “how do I...” questions). Messages you type into the assistant are processed in real time by our AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate a response; we do not currently store the content of your conversations in our own database. Do not enter other people’s personal data, payment details, or commercially confidential information into the assistant.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The assistant is a support tool only — it does not have access to your business’s live orders, recipes, customers, or other account data, and it does not make decisions about your account, orders, pricing, or any other aspect of the service. You are responsible for verifying anything important before relying on it, particularly around food safety, allergens, and regulatory compliance, which the assistant is not authorised to advise on.
The assistant is provided on an as-available basis and may be limited, rate-limited, temporarily unavailable, or withdrawn at any time without affecting your other rights under these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All platform code, design, and content is owned by Mihaly Koszo, trading as MK TechLAB. Your data remains yours.
“The Cloud Bakery” is a registered trademark (UK Trade Mark UK00004315734).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mihaly Koszo, trading as MK TechLAB, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
